by Car
From the North:
Follow the Brenner Motorway (A22 Brenner Motorway) and take the Bolzano South exit (Bozen Süd). Continue in the direction of Merano/Eppan on the MEBO expressway. Leave the expressway at the Eppan exit (Eppan) and follow the signs to Kaltern.
From the South:
Exit the motorway at Neumarkt and follow the signs towards Kaltern.
Once in Kaltern:
At the third (from the south) / first (from the north) roundabout, take the exit towards the Mendel Pass. After approximately 300 metres, you will find a large yellow building on the left-hand side.

by Train / Bus
Traveling to Kaltern by public transport is easy and convenient.
By train, travel to Bozen (Bolzano) railway station. From the station square, regular bus services run towards Kaltern (e.g. lines 131 or 132). Depending on the connection, the bus journey takes approximately 35–45 minutes.
In Kaltern, get off at one of the central bus stops, such as Rottenburger Platz or Maria-von-Mörl-Weg. From there, Residence La Terrazza can be reached on foot within a few minutes.
